MARKETING CONTENT SPECIALIST Job 2024 Full Time

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to join their team for a remote contract opportunity!

This role involves planning, reviewing, and executing marketing, advertising, and promotional materials for assigned brands. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar software used for Marketing Approval Process (MAP), Promotional Review Committee (PRC), or Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Submit and review all promotional materials for assigned brands.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement a streamlined process for reviewing promotional materials, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Work closely with MAP teams to ensure all materials comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and MAP teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on roles, responsibilities, and decision implications.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in promotional material management and compliance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration by sharing relevant updates and releasing materials across the U.S. Virtual Community (USVC) as appropriate.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve content creation processes and share key learnings with impacted teams.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills in support of enterprise-wide marketing plans and initiatives.
• Ensure advertising and promotional materials are approved, trafficked, and broadly utilized.
• Maintain and update digital asset hubs to ensure they deliver desired asset formats and content that supports brand growth.
• Regularly clean and re-approve expired assets and upload new assets to digital hubs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Undergraduate or Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar MAP/PRC/MLR software.
• Proven ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
• Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to promotional materials in the healthcare industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership in managing projects.
• Ability to execute within a matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
