Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Telemarketing CRM and Dialer Systems Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing our telemarketing systems, specifically Ozonetel and FreshSales, to enhance our outreach and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of Ozonetel and FreshSales systems
•Integration: Ensure seamless integration between dialing systems and CRM for optimal performance.
•Data Management: Organize and maintain accurate records within the •CRM.Support: Provide technical support and training to team members as needed
•Reporting: Generate reports to analyze system performance and telemarketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:Experience:
Proven experience with Ozonetel and FreshSales is required.
•Technical Skills: Strong understanding of telemarketing systems and CRM integration.
•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
•Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
