Blue Star Psychology & Consulting, PLLC is a growing practice looking for an EXPERIENCED part-time work from home Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. Occasionally, you will be needed in the office to help support staff (1 day a week). The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and will be responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, answering phones and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are the first point of contact for our business, and thus you are a critical part of the team. Customer service is an absolute MUST. Serious applicants only, we are looking to fill this position within the next few weeks. You will report directly to the office manager and to the business owner.

This is a part-time work from home position with the possibility of turning into a full-time position. Your initial schedule will be Monday-Thursday 8:30 am- 2:30 pm. Training will be in person at our Plano office before you start working from home.
