The Oaks of Louisiana Tower/Savannah is hiring a server.
Job responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of food service and dish room duties aimed at providing our residents, their guests, and staff with fast, friendly, accurate and safe service while dining at the Tower Bistro, the Tower Oak Room, and the Savannah dining room.
- These duties include preparation, presentation, and service of food as well as sanitation and cleaning duties as assigned by management.
- Proactively seeks knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
- Each server has the responsibility of providing a safe environment for residents and staff through working immediately to correct any hazards and unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to management as well as working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, or residents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and special events
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Friendly customer service skills
- Provide Class A ABO Card along with Responsible Vendor’s License/Certification
