Job Description

Primarily responsible for carrying out the company’s account and operations strategy. Your duties include managing the LMS, online learning operations, and developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing business clients.

Responsibilities

LMS MANAGEMENT

• Manages the full life cycle of the learning management system and works with the Course Coordinator to ensure maintenance is done regularly.

ONLINE LEARNING OPERATIONS

• Helps with staffing, class lists, and organization of virtual classrooms.
• Supports instructors with tech needs in and out of the virtual classroom.
• Designs, organizes, executes, and scales internal projects and processes to increase the company’s productivity.
• Facilitates cooperation and ensures processes move seamlessly between departments.
• Leads software selection and implementation processes, when needed.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS

• Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients to manage & grow accounts in consideration of product mix.
• Skillfully creates and presents written and verbal client updates to communicate key client messages.
• Conducts learner orientation sessions to ensure they understand our model and its features.

ADMIN & CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up with learners & customers
• Builds Customer Service schedules and ensures adequate coverage and training
• Coordinates and trains one or more Operations Interns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2 years of related experience
• Fully bilingual – fluency in Spanish/English required
• Skilled in and enjoys project management
• Excellent verbal, written, & presentational communication skills
• Good knowledge of Google Suite applications
• Comfortable with and curious about spreadsheets, formulas, and software
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and ability to organize work
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 2 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of Zapier, Asana, Airtable, and Stripe.

Pay

$17-$22/hr depending on qualifications and location
