Position Overview: The Operations Manager at Scale My Cleaning Business will be instrumental in shaping and organizing a rapidly growing startup environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in building from the ground up, developing both internal and external systems to bring structure and efficiency to a dynamic and evolving company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for creating processes, organizing workflows, and ensuring that both the company and its clients can scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Development & Implementation:
• Lead the creation and development of internal systems that streamline operations and support the company’s growth.
• Develop and implement external client-facing systems that are tailored to specific business needs.
• Bring structure to a currently unorganized environment by establishing clear processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Process Creation & Management:
• Design and document new processes that improve efficiency and scalability, both for internal operations and client services.
• Ensure that all processes are well-organized, tracked, and adaptable as the company grows and evolves.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and execute on the most critical systems and processes that need development.
• Organizational Leadership:
• Take charge of organizing and structuring the company’s operations, bringing order to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, keeping track of deadlines, deliverables, and progress.
• Lead efforts to continuously assess and improve internal and external processes to support long-term growth.
• Internal & External Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams through Slack to coordinate the development and implementation of new systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Ensure that all systems developed meet the needs of both the company and its clients, allowing for seamless integration and use.
• Startup Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
• Embrace the challenges of a startup environment, where processes and systems are still being developed.
• Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving, quickly addressing issues as they arise and finding innovative solutions.
• Adapt to the evolving needs of the business, providing flexible support that helps the company scale efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, particularly in startup or fast-paced environments where systems need to be built from scratch.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create order out of chaos and manage complex projects with multiple moving parts.
• Experience in developing and implementing internal and external systems that support business growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage projects through tools like Slack.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset that thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• Familiarity with the consulting or CRM industry is a plus but not required.
