Part-time Social Media Content Creator Job 2024 Full Time

Our client, a global financial services and digital payments company, is seeking a Social Media Content Creator.

Our client’s team is an organic growth engine and a center of excellence for digital experiences and content strategy. At the front lines of that effort is their Social Media team, whose role is to identify new audiences and engage them authentically to drive business growth. They create content that builds awareness and affinity for their brand through storytelling and “edutainment.”

This position is a remote 3-month contract. You must be in the US, no H1B Visa status. Hourly rate $54.52, W2 + paid holidays through Talent Table. NO C2C.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate has proven experience producing short form video content that will resonate, grow our presence, and strengthen audiences. This role is perfect for a big thinker with creative ideas and a passion for connecting with fans through original social content tactics and techniques.

You Will:

• Film and edit 2-4 short-form, hardware-centric videos per week, acting as a “face” on our owned social channels.
• Potential for occasional travel (~1/quarter) to conduct on-camera seller interviews for social.
• Collaborate with leads and content managers in the U.S. and internationally to develop content from ideation to execution.
• Assist in content concepts, research, and scripting.
• Write captions in accordance with editorial and TOV guides.
• Look at social analytics to see how content and platforms perform against OKRs and brainstorm ideas to help reach and engage new audiences to exceed goals.
• Travel needed.

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience with video editing and dedicated social publishing.
• Fluency in the native tools within TikTok and Instagram and other basic video editing tools (Adobe Premiere/Rush, Capcut, Figma, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics tools and how to translate performance metrics into actionable takeaways.
• Working knowledge of social advertising and aligning organic and paid strategies.
• An eye for detail, down to the last character, image crop, and line break.
• Working knowledge or familiarity with Google Suite and Asana is a plus.
