What You’ll Achieve
- Discover Opportunities: You’ll be on the lookout for potential partners that align with our market, values, and goals.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain meaningful connections with partners.
- Manage Partnerships: Oversee and nurture these relationships, ensuring everyone benefits and desired outcomes are met.
- Strategic Planning: Work with our executive team to create and execute partnership strategies.
- Analyze & Report: Keep track of partnership performance, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to maximize the value of each partnership.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and sense of initiative
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of partners.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and good time management.
Nice to Haves
- A background in the wellness industry.
- Experience with software start-ups.
- Experience in hosting online events.
