Your direct report is the Principal and Founder of the Firm.
This is primarily a remote work position, but you must live within a 2 hour drive of Rochester, NY. We rely on our contractors to be honest and loyal. In return you are afforded flexible working hours coordinated with the needs of the project.

Duties
Hours are as needed. Some weeks are less; some are more. Usually , we can predict when we are busy so you can plan for it.
– Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
– Develop project plans
– Coordinate with consultants , contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
– Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documents
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
– Provide guidance to project team members
– Occasionally record meeting minutes for remote meetings
– update our REVIT template drawing
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction technology
Requirements
Absolute Must Have’s – Do not apply unless you have AT LEAST this experience:
– 3 years full time experience working with REVIT drafting Architectural Projects
– Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or similar role – 3 years full time experience minimum working with an Architectural Firm in this role.
These two roles above must be consecutive, one after the other, not at the same time.
– Must live within a 2 hour drive of Rochester, NY
Must have a good amount of each of these:
– Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
– Excellent written, visual and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
– Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
