Recovery Services Support Associate IV (Remote)

M-F 8am-5pm

As a Recovery Services Support Associate working in a client service environment, you will be working to support customers and the client management team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work with client’s to resolve inquiries.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to clients.
• Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain a high level of service/professionalism to a wide range of clients.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, client screens and language documents.
• Process referrals from clients.
• Pull and review reports for accuracy and save the reports for use by the Account Manager.
• Request various administrative documents from the client and route them to the appropriate internal areas.
• Request summary plan descriptions and plan documents from clients and route the language when it is received. Also, update and maintain the language chart.
• Support and backup the Account Manager when necessary.
• Develop a good working relationship with the client’s.

Qualifications

Successful candidate for this position will have:

• At least two years’ experience providing customer service.
• Ability to type 40-50 WPM.
• Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture.
• Able to adapt to a frequently changing environment.
• Have a desire to continually learn new tasks.
• The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner. Excellent telephone, listening and overall communication skills.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• The ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.
• Must have good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office, (knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus but not necessary)

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $18-$24/hour.
