You will be the Regulatory Compliance Analyst for the Missiles and Fire Control team.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing reviews of purchase order file documentation in the Procure to Pay (P2P) system to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide guidance and direction to procurement professionals in support of procurement actions, referencing the FAR, DFAR, and company policies and procedures, with emphasis on Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP)
• Support the preparation of Global Supply Chain operating teams for government-conducted Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) and other internal and external audits
• Assist in implementing policies and procedures to increase employee awareness and ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations
• May assist with investigations to resolve compliance issues, questions, or complaints
• Coordinate authorization requests

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, with 3 years of professional experience or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree, or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of Government Auditing or Auditing Processes

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with SharePoint

• Experience with FAR/DFAR or any Government Regulations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members

• Strong organizational skills and possess a thorough approach to problem solving

• Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and thrive on technical challenges

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $67,000 – $126,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $58,200 – $111,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
