This Virginia based Allstate agency is hiring an experienced insurance sales team member to work remotely. This is a brand new agency that is kicking off on Oct 1st.
Offering a (Competitive Base Salary + Commission) an experienced management in to ensure you hit your goals and earn what you need to make.
What will you be paid?
A standard $40,000 base salary with commission (see below)
- Tiered compensation structure with rising commission
- Quarterly and Yearly Bonus
- 5 Days PTO
What is required for this position?
- An active P&C or Personal Lines license (the state doesn’t matter – hiring remote)
- No prior Allstate experience necessary
