Position Summary:

On-boarding New Vendors (Clinics) onto DISA Site Network. Performing Site Network Analysis to determine areas for Service Coverage.

Essential functions, responsibilities:

Manage Site Network per Compliance protocols for Audits, Collector Errors (Fatal Flaws) following DOT Part 40 Regulations including DISA’s Non-Regulated Drug Testing Policies and DISA’s Standards for Service Providers.

Database Maintenance updating Clinic Services, Fees, and Demographic Changes.

Manages and Maintains Clinic Collector Certifications (Drug Testing Services – Urine, BAT, Hair & Oral Fluid), Occupational Medical Licenses (DOT Physicals etc..) and MSA Contracts between DISA & vendors (Clinics).

Assist Internal and External Customers with any Clinic Related Issues meeting Internal SLA Standards and DOT Part 40 Regulations. High school diploma, or equivalent, and two (2) years related work experience.

Qualifications required:

High school diploma and Two (2) years of customer service experience

Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word & Outlook.

Strong General Typing Skills.

Strong Communication & Customer Service skills.

Strong Multi-tasking skills. Clinic Customer Service Experience.

Qualifications preferred:

Related Associate’s degree and/or four (4) years of customer service experience preferred

Schedule: Monday – Friday -10:30 am to 7:00 pm CST
