Join us in Downtown Bellefontaine. We have sever positions available at both of our restaurants: Brewfontaine and The Syndicate.
Duties:
– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
– Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
– Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
– Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations
– Handle cash transactions and process payments using Toast POS system
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
– Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining
– Sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain cleanliness standards
Experience:
– Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is preferred
– Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus
– Familiarity with cash handling procedures is desired
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
