We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the sales department, ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and managing sales documentation.
• Order Processing: Handle order entry, processing, and follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (HubSpot) system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
• Report Generation: Compile regular sales performance reports and metrics to the sales team and management.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the preparation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Documentation: Maintain sales contracts, proposals, and presentations in HubSpot

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in GSuite
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
