^^^The Main expected responsibilities:
-Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
-Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
-Sales Training: Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing sales team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and sales techniques.
-Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance through regular performance reviews, sales metrics, and KPIs. Provide constructive feedback and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
-Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Use data to drive decision-making and optimize sales processes.
-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

^^^Experience:
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in the education technology sector is highly desirable.
-Full working proficiency in Arabic and English

-Full time role, Completely remote.

-Will report to the admin manager
