As a Tech SDR at Buter Up, you’re the driving force behind our sales team’s success. This role offers unlimited, long-term earning potential based entirely on your performance. Work from home, either part-time or full-time, and build a substantial recurring income stream.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Engage in extensive cold calling (90% of your role) to pursue new leads. Supplement this with LinkedIn outreach and strategic email campaigns.
• Qualification: Conduct insightful discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs and determine if Buter Up is the right fit.
• Demo Scheduling: Book high-quality demos with decision-makers for our Account Executive team.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate rapport with prospects, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Data Management: Track activities and interactions in our future CRM system.

Results and Success Metrics

• Meetings Booked: Your primary goal is to consistently book 9 qualified demos per week.
• Conversion Rate: Contribute to a target conversion rate of 33% from demos to closed deals.
• Activity Metrics: Meet aggressive daily/weekly goals for calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections.
• Revenue Impact: Your efforts directly translate to your long-term earnings.

Compensation Structure

• Performance-Based Earnings: Your income is directly tied to your success in bringing in new clients.
• Recurring Commission: Earn 15% of the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for each customer you bring on board, for as long as they remain a client. This means you continue to earn from your clients month after month, year after year.
• Unlimited Earning Potential: The more clients you bring in, the more you earn, and the larger your recurring income grows.
• Example:
• Bring in 10 clients in a month, each paying $4,000 monthly.
• Your commission for that month: $6,000 (10 x $4,000 x 15%)
• If these clients stay for a year, you’ll earn $72,000 from just this one month’s work.
• Every month you add new clients, your recurring income grows.
• Note: This role does not include a base pay component. Your earnings are entirely dependent on your sales performance and the longevity of the clients you bring in.

Promotion Opportunity

After 3-6 months of consistently hitting targets, you’ll be eligible for promotion to Account Executive, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle.
