– Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
– Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam for accurate project estimates

Experience:

– Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry
– Familiarity with project management processes
– Proficiency in utilizing construction estimating software like HeavyBid and Bluebeam
– Strong understanding of cost control principles
– Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
– Knowledge of construction management practices
– Experience working with contracts and bids
