Sales Representative for Coaching Business Job 2024 Part Time

Homeschool is a premium virtual dog training platform from the internationally-recognized LAY LO® brand that enables modern pet parents to raise the very best dog from the comfort of their home. Our self-paced courses and 1:1 training programs are led by world-class experts in training, nutrition, grooming and wellness.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced remote sales representative who is highly passionate about our mission and wants to help pet parents improve their relationship with their dog. Our sales process leads with empathy. This is not just any sales position — but one that will require additional training in dog behavior to ensure that our programs are solving their main pain points.

This is a relatively new service with proven traction so we are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, dedicated and excited to carry on our company vision.

*Dog Training or Behavior experience is not required but preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your primary responsibility will be to sell our dog training programs to highly qualified individual clients who express interest through out website and book “Behavior Evaluation Consultations” via phone or zoom to learn about our programs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Call up to 50+ interested dog parents per week and evaluate their dog’s behaviors in order to suggest the best program & trainer for their needs.
• Ensure that every client (regardless of purchasing decision) has an excellent experience and feels a sense of trust through the call.
• Follow-up through text and email to build trust and your relationship with potential leads.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Passionate about dogs is a must. Dog Training or Behavior experience is not required but preferred and helpful.
• 3+ years of successful experience track record of high-ticket closing, meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Preferably 3+ years sales experience within the coaching / training / education space
• CRM experience managing leads via text/email
• Empathy-driven sales approach – you will need to LISTEN and make people feel heard
• A quick learner who can absorb information easily – this position will require 10+ hours of sales training and 10+ hours of dog behavior evaluation training
• You are coachable and willing to work long hours to develop your skills

• Monday to Friday
• 3 hours / day
• Weekends as needed, discretionary to applicant.
