Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based basis. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the U.S. market by building relationships with private schools, public school districts, departments of education, and charter schools. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven track record in selling education technology or STEM e-learning products and services to educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Prospect: Research and identify potential clients, including private schools, public school districts, departments of education, and charter schools that could benefit from STREAM Technologies’ STEM education programs.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including school administrators, district officials, and educational leaders, to promote STREAM Technologies’ offerings.
• Present Solutions: Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations of our e-learning platforms and programs to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our solutions.
• Close Sales: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that clients understand the terms of service and are fully onboarded to our platform.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Provide Feedback: Gather client feedback and share insights with the STREAM Technologies team to help improve our offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience selling education, technology, or STEM e-learning products or services, specifically to schools, departments of education, private schools, or charter schools.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms, CRM software, and other digital tools necessary for remote work.
• Passion for Education: A genuine interest in STEM education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a highly competitive commission structure. Earn starting ten percent commission on all closed deals. For example, if you close a deal generating $80,000 in monthly revenue, you would earn $8,000 on that month per month from that deal alone. This structure offers unlimited earning potential for motivated sales professionals.
