WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this full-time temporary role (3-5 months), you’ll be one of our chief magnets to attract the best candidates for a variety of positions: Sales, Tech, Creative, Plant Positions, and much more! You’ll be a proactive consultant and a subject matter expert on recruiting best practices.
Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition
Location: Work from Home #LIRemote, The following time zones are preferred: Pacific, Mountain, Central
Direct Reports: N/A
Compensation: $35/hour – $65/hour depending on experience
Note: This range is a national average, but compensation will be reviewed based on geographical location depending on where applicant will be working. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

Recruit for open positions, source candidates, and manage them through the process of offering and pre-boarding.

Advise leaders on marketplace trends and proactively solve their staffing challenges.

Partner with leaders to eliminate guesswork, calibrate the search criteria and set proper expectations.

Recommend only the best candidates for interviews, knowing a candidate is a reflection of your reputation—and an endorsement of the best available candidate given the current marketplace.

Drive the recruiting process with an eye toward filling the position in a timely manner with the best-qualified candidate. Time to fill goal = 26 days.

Utilize the applicant tracking system (WorkDay) proficiently to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies, maintain meticulous interview notes, and uphold thorough documentation practices throughout the hiring process.
WHAT YOU BRING

Minimum of five years (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Both corporate and agency-setting experience are highly preferred.

A proven track record as a trusted talent advisor who has delivered measurable results and quality candidates consistently.

Experience in creating and executing talent/sourcing strategy.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Proficiency with Workday (ATS).

Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.
