SENIOR CREATIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER Job 2024 Full Time

Cella has partnered with a leading global hospitality brand in search of a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join their dynamic team for a 6-month contract. This role requires an individual with a strong background in project and client management, as well as creative services coordination. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of experience within an agency setting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client partners, liaising between multiple divisions within brand marketing and internal corporate departments.
• Ensure effective management, execution, and delivery of all projects, meeting client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing client needs and recognizing opportunities for growth.
• Manage the intake, execution, and quality assurance process of creative projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and billing, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and ensure that all work adheres to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Develop creative briefs and assist in the development and presentation of client strategies.
• Produce weekly status reports and ensure proper documentation and prioritization of client requirements.
• Work closely with senior agency leadership and studio producers to ensure effective resource allocation for assigned projects.
• Lead client communication, presenting strategies, solutions, and updates, while translating complex client goals into actionable tasks for the agency team.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• 4+ years of experience in an agency setting, preferably in an account management or project management role.
• Strong understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, client, and management teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client challenges and needs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with creative teams and understanding of the creative process, from ideation to delivery.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
