Senior Program Coordinator Job 2024 Part Time

In this role, you will be responsible for program management of up to 250 programs per year. The Senior Program Coordinator will manage programs independently within any client or internal portals and platforms. You will:

• Build understanding of and ensures client guidelines and business rules are followed
• Manage budgets independently and ensures client and company guidelines are followed
• Communicate independently with reps, speakers and negotiates vendor contracts
• Responsible for ensuring programs are within client guidelines and budget post-program

Essential Requirements:

• College Degree or equal work experience
• 2-4 years Meeting & Event Experience

Desired Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $63,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
