We are looking for experienced, team-oriented servers and bartenders at Bayside Seafood Grill and Bar.
3 years of experience serving/bartending from upscale restaurants and/or fine dining.
Preferred experience in both private and corporate environments.
Mature, professional, clean cut, friendly, charismatic, and welcoming.
Food and wine knowledge is required.
Critical thinking skills, multitasking, and heightened organizational abilities.
Strong work ethic.
Flexibility: must be able to work lunches, dinners and/or doubles, as well as nights, weekends, and holidays (extended hours). Must not have unreasonable scheduling restrictions.
Remain composed and provide exceptional service in a high-volume working environment.
