Server/Cashier Job 2024 Full Time

Responsibilities: – Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner – Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system (Aloha POS) – Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries – Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner – Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately – Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area – Assist with food preparation and ensure food handling procedures are followed Requirements: – Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail – Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively – Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating bills – Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Pay: $9.00 – $15.00 per hour
