Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience
- Record transactions in the Aloha system correctly and timely
- Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
- Processing all payment methods
- Counting bank at end of shift, completing designated cashier reports, resolving any discrepancies, dropping off receipts, and securing bank
- Ability to begin shift at 6:30 am
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
- Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time
- Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Complying with all food and beverage health and safety regulations
- Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Management
Job Requirements:
- Great conversational skills
- Teamwork oriented
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Previous serving experience is required
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
