Server/Host Job 2024 Part Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Host/Server to join our team in delivering exceptional hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.

Duties:

– Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
– Seat guests and manage reservations efficiently
– Provide menus and assist with any inquiries regarding food and beverage options
– Take and relay food and drink orders to the kitchen and bar staff
– Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly
– Process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills:

– Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service
– Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a busy setting
– Strong guest relations skills to create a positive dining experience
– Willingness to assist others and contribute to a collaborative team environment
