Server/Host Job 2024 Part Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Duties:
– Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables
– Provide menus and suggest menu items based on guest preferences
– Take food and beverage orders accurately
– Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bartenders
– Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests
– Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
– Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism

Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
– Strong phone etiquette skills
– Familiarity with guest relations in a hotel or restaurant setting
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Basic understanding of food service operations
