Job Title: Host/Server

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated servers to join our team. As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to ensure an enjoyable dining experience for our customers. If you have a passion for customer service, communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to have you on board.

Duties:
– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
– Provide menus and suggestively sell food and beverages
– Take food and drink orders accurately
– Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
– Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
– Operate POS systems to process payments
– Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
– Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service preferred, not required
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems is a plus
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs
– A positive attitude and a team player mindset
