Essential Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their seats
- Provide menu recommendations and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS system
- Bus tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness
- Stock and maintain service stations, garnish line, and bar area
- Adhere to responsible beverage service and liquor liability laws
Skills & Abilities:
- Friendly and polished demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Hours:
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Comfortable working in indoor environments
