Job Description:

• Know the ins and outs of all menus, and be able to communicate them accurately to guests.
• Anticipate the needs of fellow staff and guests.
• Deliver friendly, accommodating service in a high-volume, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Maintain an immaculate work environment, including the dining area, wait stations, and kitchen.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Passion for food and hospitality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, on-time, honest, and professional
• Drama-free team player; sense of humor is preferred
• Able and willing to execute proper service techniques and standards
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift/carry at least 25 lbs.
