**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a dining environment. **Responsibilities:** – Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner – Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies) – Take and serve food and drink orders – Upsell additional products when appropriate – Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery – Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests – Handle guest complaints with professionalism and care – Process payments accurately **Qualifications:** – Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred – Knowledge of food safety guidelines – Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items – Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously – Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment – Culinary knowledge is a plus – Familiarity with fine dining etiquette is advantageous – Outstanding guest relations abilities This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment, develop customer service skills, and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
