Essential (primary) Functions:
The primary responsibility of a server is to administer the 7 Steps to Service to every guest within their assigned section while maintaining guest sensitivity, cleanliness, restocking, sanitation, uniform, safety, security and company policy requirements.
Secondary Functions:
Any and all other tasks assigned
As a Cash/Counter Server, you will mainly be responsible for:
Selling and serving food to counter guests
Handling telephone calls and to-go orders
Accepting payment from guests
Essential Physical Requirements:
Good vision, general and close
Good hearing
Manual Dexterity
Standing, bending, stretching and walking throughout shift
Push and pull heavy objects
Lift and carry 30 pounds
Maintain good personal hygiene/uniform
Understandable speech
Balance a tray
Essential social & Mental Requirements:
Able to use computer register
