– Greet guests promptly and welcome them to the restaurant with a warm smile
– Take orders and ensure that guests receive their meals and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
– Manage tables and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are served promptly
– Provide detailed information about menu items and make recommendations as needed
– Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
– Demonstrate excellent guest relations and ensure that all guests have a memorable dining experience
– Utilize Aloha POS system to manage orders and take payments
– Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
– Work effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards

– Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic math to calculate tips and ensure accurate change
**Requirements:**
– Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining environment
– Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation methods
– Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables at once
– Proficiency in using Aloha POS system
– Basic math skills to calculate tips and ensure accurate change
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
