As a Food Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables
- Take customer orders and provide suggestions when asked
- Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meals and handle any complaints or issues that arise
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Clean and reset tables for the next customers
- Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests
We are a casual dining restaurant, locally owned and operated in New Orleans. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Shifts include day and evening, plus weekends.
