Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities: – Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner – Present menus and make recommendations to guests – Take accurate food and beverage orders – Enter orders into the POS system accurately – Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently – Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction – Clear tables and reset them for the next guest – Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly – Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders – Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining area Experience: – Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required – Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations – Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Skills: – Food preparation – Guest relations – Culinary knowledge – Sales skills – Food handling – Guest services – Customer service Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional service.
