**Job Description:**
As a Server at HE&C Hot Pot, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and positive attitude
– Explaining menu items, answering questions, and making recommendations
– Taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
– Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest needs promptly
– Handling payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
– Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
– Adhering to all health and safety regulations
