**Responsibilities:**
– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take and serve food and drink orders
– Utilize Toast POS system to enter orders accurately
– Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
– Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in upscale-restaurant setting preferred
– Proficiency with POS systems, specifically ToastPOS, is a plus
– Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and increase revenue
– Knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
