Server Job 2024 Full Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our dining establishment.

Duties:
– Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
– Take food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen staff
– Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
– Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
– Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt service

Experience:
– Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
– Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
– Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
– Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
– Ability to work well in a team environment and assist where needed
– Culinary or food service background is beneficial
