Server Job 2024 Full Time

Johnny Brenda’s is looking for a part time or full time server (weekday and weekend shifts available). Fast paced, casual dining – we have it all! Welcoming a new Chef with a brand new menu – we are looking for staff to be apart of the new adventure. Quick ticket times, full time venue, come make some money.

Duties:
– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
– Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
– Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
– Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently

Qualifications:
– Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
– Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent service
– Basic math skills for order taking and processing payments
– Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
– Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is desirable
– Willingness to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
