Server Job 2024 Part Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take food and beverage orders accurately
– Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
– Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
– Handle cash, credit card transactions, or digital payments securely
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills:
– Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS, OpenTable, or similar software
– Experience with cash registers and handling payments
– Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and specials
– Excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
– Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
– Exceptional hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
– Previous experience in food service or related field is a plus

• Chinese restaurant: 2 years (Required)
