Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
– Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
– Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
– Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
– Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
– Handle cash register transactions accurately
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is preferred
– Knowledge of POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures
– Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and fine dining service standards
– Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
– Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.90 per hour
