Position Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team at Marion Miami. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Provide tableside preparations as required by the menu.
- Monitor and observe guests’ dining experiences to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service, respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
- Assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Work as part of a team to provide a high level of service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a high-end dining environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
