As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. If you have a passion for the culinary industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and provide them with menus
– Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
– Enter orders into the POS system or cash register
– Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
– Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
– Ensure that all food handling and service standards are met
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner
– Process guest payments and provide accurate change
– Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest service
Experience:
– Previous experience as a Server or in the food service industry is preferred but not required
– Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
– Familiarity with POS systems or cash registers is a plus
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
