Server Job 2024 Part Time

We are currently hiring Servers to provide our guests with an outstanding dining experience. As a Server at Parky’s Smokehouse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their visit. This position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent overall dining experience for guests.
• Greet customers promptly and seat them at their tables.
• Make recommendations and take food and beverage orders.
• Inform customers about the day’s specials and up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Work as a Front of House (FOH) team to ensure that all guests receive attentive service.
• Service guests throughout their meal, ensuring their needs are met.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen and bar for cleaning.
• Present bills and collect payments from guests.
• Perform cleaning and stocking duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years of age or will be within 2 months.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to remain calm and professional, even in challenging situations.
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
