Professional Growth:
We train our staff in the steps of professional food and beverage service. Frequent tastings of new menu items, cocktails and wines provide Servers the familiarity they need to guide our guests and make recommendations with confidence.
We require at least 2 shifts a week, nonslip shoes and a black shirt for service. We provide aprons, pens and a notebook for keeping tasting notes. Sidework is required and changes if you open, or close. Attention to detail is appreciated at Plum. We consider this your work home and we want you to enjoy your time here.

Thursday, Sunday and Monday: 5:30-8:30 PM
Friday and Saturday: 5:30-9:00 PM
Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
Living Wage: Plum is a certified minimum wage employer. We charge a 20% gratuity on all checks. The gratuity and additional tips are pooled to bring average hourly pay to $25-30 for FOH staff. This system makes your pay much more consistent and predictable from week to week.
