Sip Haus is a cocktail lounge located in the basement of the downtown Bank of America building with an upscale speakeasy vibe.
We are looking for friendly, team-oriented employees. We are hiring servers, bartenders, and barbacks, to create an experience unlike anywhere else. This job will include education and training, providing all employees with great experience. Pior experience is appreciated, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications
- Clean and organize kitchen and bar areas.
- Maintain inventory of drinks, bottles and glassware.
- Ensure cash is handled appropriately.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels.
- Promote specials and events in the bar.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Professionally handle customers.
- Inform management of issues that need urgent attention.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour
