Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Present menus and explain menu items to customers
– Take food and beverage orders accurately
– Deliver food and beverages promptly
– Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
– Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
– Assist in bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas
– Process payments using POS systems

Skills:
– Proficient in food handling and food safety practices
– Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales
– Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus
– Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
– Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
– Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
– Experience in bussing tables efficiently
– Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing
– Hospitality-driven attitude with excellent communication skills
