Server/Packer Job 2024 Part Time

Our culinary team serves buffet-style and packaged meals daily, with a guest count ranging from 50 to 700 diners per meal.

We are seeking an organized, driven, and passionate catering server/driver to support our growing business in CA! This is a Full-Time position with possible growth opportunities.

Job Duties:

• Preparation of packaged meals, serving supplies, serving equipment, load and unload food/supplies
• Ensuring proper setup of all stations including but not limited to stations and equipment management, stanchion or queue management, beverage and snack merchandising displays, signage and display/decor
• Ensure the amount of lunches, utensils, serving supplies etc. is accurate
• Maintain cleanliness of buffet and/or service area at all times and create an appealing presentation throughout the service
• Provide attentive and courteous service to clients/guests, address clients needs and requests (replenish dishes, provide extra cutlery, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and pack up after service concludes, including but not limited to putting away serving supplies, organizing equipment, packing leftover food, etc.
• Strong attention to detail, well organized, and great communicator
• Always maintain open communication with internal team to ensure smooth catering service and follow and maintain established procedures to provide excellent service at all times
• Passionate about Hospitality and able to demonstrate confidence and positive attitude both with our internal teams and our guests/clients on a daily basis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that is prone to changes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, catering, hospitality or other related fields
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, buffet presentations and catering, preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Bilingual preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Must have a valid drivers license for at least 3 years, pass background checks, have a safe driving record, and be available to meet in person as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
