Server / Server Assistant Job 2024 Full Time

Expectations & Responsibilities:

• Product knowledge is essential and must know all aspects of the menu and beverage offerings.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as being extremely thorough and efficient.
• Communicate effectively with staff members, management and kitchen during service.
• Ensure that all guest have a memorable experience filled with hospitality and exceptional service.
• Responsible for daily prep work, table maintenance, and anticipation of guest’s needs.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Team- oriented mentality.
• Restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for the entirety of shift while reaching, bending and stooping as needed.
• Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.
